We have lived in our 1911 Victorian for eight years and through that time we’ve had numerous remodeling projects involving many different contractors. We wish we had found Le Grice Construction from the very beginning. Not only was the estimate realistic and fit our budget - and just as important, accurate - but the project was completed on-time.

Ed and the crew were at our house when they said they would be, and when some things looked like they might take a bit longer, Ed made sure they got completed - all with great quality.

An extra plus is the green building concepts. Ed was able to recondition and reuse some hard-to-find materials. Doing that not only helped reduce costs, but prevented the materials from ending up in a landfill.

We hired Le Grice Construction for two commercial jobs and we are very happy with the finished product that they provided. Both of the jobs included demo, framing, drywall, plumbing, electric, mechanical, flooring and fixture building. The nature of remodeling commercial spaces is that things that can go wrong sometimes do go wrong. You never know what might be behind an existing wall or above a ceiling, but when Ed came across a problem he handled it. The second job we really pressed Ed and his crews to get the job done quickly, probably twice as fast as a job that size would normally take. Le Grice Construction got it done. I don't know how many other jobs Ed was juggling during our projects, but when he said he was going to be there he was there. When we placed a call to him he answered or returned it very quickly. We won't hesitate to give Le Grice Construction a call when our next project presents itself!
