Our Projects - Victorian Addition Under Construction
This project in the Historic Highlands created 1,500 additional square feet to a traditional one-and-a-half level Victorian. We did this by popping the top, adding dormers, building an addition out the side and back of the house, and excavating a new basement space. Sustainable practices were an integral part of the project, including high quality insulation and in-floor radiant heat.
