The Green Mansion with Colorado Homes & Lifestyles magazine

Le Grice Construction has teamed up with Colorado Homes & Lifestyles magazine to headline their 2010 eco-living showhome

This 1890, three-story Victorian mansion in West Wash Park will undergo a complete rehabilitation. The project is both a historic preservation and a green renovation, which means all the original woodwork and architectural details will be preserved, while all the systems and infrastructure will be revamped with sustainable technologies.

We will address the project from two angles: How do you make an old home green; and how do you design an old home around a young family and still make it green.

The Green Mansion will showcase companies that make green kitchens, green wallpaper, green furniture - companies that impact our lifestyles, our health and our environmental footprint. It will bring together the best contractors, architects and interior designers Colorado has to offer.
